We are Enterprising

We are an award-winning HealthScience consultancy, with more than 20 years of experience since our founding in 1998. We are also independently owned, which means we are fast and agile in responding to the needs of our clients. We have more than 250 staff, 90% of them hold PhDs or other higher degrees, and have offices in Oxford, London, Cardiff, Basel, Philadelphia, Melbourne and Cambridge.
We are a team of passionate and experienced individuals wholly committed to helping our clients to bring new treatments to the world in areas of unmet medical need.
Our clients are diverse, spanning multiple therapy areas, functions and geographies. We work with more than 50 healthcare organizations, including specialist devices, diagnostics and nutraceuticals companies, and professional societies, patient groups and academic institutions. We are a preferred supplier to 9 of the top 10 global pharmaceutical companies, and have worked with 6 of our top 10 client companies for more than 5 years.
We have a 'conceptual framework' that acts as a compass needle in terms of 'how' we work, with our clients and with one another.
We could talk, as many other agencies do, about excellence in what we do. About commitment, dedication and professionalism. About treating our clients well, listening to them, advising them and helping them to be successful. About helping our clients 'stand out from the crowd' or 'bring evidence to life'. Those things should be a given for any agency who have been in business for more than 20 years though. What really makes us different is our people – their skills, their experience, their personalities, the culture they create and the heritage they foster. They're what makes our clients trust us, and want to stay with us over the longer-term. Their diverse experience is also what's behind our approach – 'HealthScience', because without their insights, we wouldn't be able to take such a holistic view of healthcare.
At Oxford PharmaGenesis we pride ourselves on being a socially responsible company. This work includes using our scientific expertise to undertake pro bono work for charities such as Evidence Aid, SUDEP Action, Against Breast Cancer and Kidney Research UK. We are committed to promoting quality outcomes in both the healthcare and charitable sectors, and have won several Corporate Social Responsibility awards for this work.
Through our charity team internal fundraising events are organized throughout the year and colleagues are supported in their individual sponsorship efforts to fundraise for medical or healthcare related charities through our matched funding schemes. These efforts have meant that annually we have donated more than £15,000 for healthcare charities.
